Launching the satellite named GeoEye-1 at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California this September, will maximize the performance of Google Eart that is now seen as pencitraan satellite program.
With satellite meluncurnya this, we see the possible conditions on the surface of the earth online. The ability of GeoEye-1 is indeed very remarkable that can capture images in the distance from a height of 5.5 ft with 423 miles. However, with the government regulations in general, GeoEye-1 is only allowed to publish images at a resolution of 1.6 ft.
GeoEye-1, other than as a provider for Google, as well as several sites for provder World Map providers such as Yahoo. However, Google can only provide online mapping service.
